Refund policy

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Our return policy is as follows:

1. Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your return must be received by us within 10 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to your location. Returns received after this timeframe will not be accepted.

2. Item Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or odors will be denied.

3. Final Sale Items: Clearance, custom items, jewelry, hats, H5 exclusives, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

4. Store Credit Only: We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit after your return is received and processed. Store credit does not expire and may be used on any future purchase.

5. Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non‑refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@H5buckinbroncsboutique.com within 3 days of delivery so we can assist you.

7. How to Start a Return: Email returns@H5buckinbroncsboutique.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for your return. We’ll provide the next steps and send you the form to fill out and include with your return.

8. Include This Form: Please print and include the completed form below in your return package. Store credit will be issued after your return is received and processed.
