Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with H5 Buckin' Broncs Boutique! We appreciate your business and want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping and returns process. Our policies are aligned with Shopify’s standard e-commerce guidelines to provide you with a seamless experience.  

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Orders placed during peak seasons or promotional periods may experience slight delays. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • We ship using Shopify’s integrated shipping services to ensure secure and timely delivery.
  • Standard U.S. shipping typically takes 5-7 business days once your order has been processed. If your order Is placed during weekend hours it will be shipped the following Monday.
  • Expedited shipping options (2-3 business days) are available at checkout.
  • International shipping times vary by destination, usually 10-20 business days.
  • Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method, following Shopify’s standard shipping rate system.

Problems with Orders

  • If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your package.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Your return must be received by our returns department within 10 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to your location.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Items with signs of wear, makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, or odors will be denied.
  • Clearance, custom items, jewelry, hats, H5 exclusives, and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • We do not offer refunds. Approved returns will be issued as store credit after your return is received and processed. Store credit will expire one year from the date it was issued.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us at support@H5buckinbroncsboutique.com within 3 days of delivery.
  • To start a return, email returns@H5buckinbroncsboutique.comm with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide the next steps and send you the form to fill out and include with your return.
  • Please print and include the completed return form in your return package. Store credit will be issued after your return is processed.
